Court documents reveal new details in Sioux Falls double homicide - KSFY
Feb 28, 2019D. (KSFY) - Police say a shooting early Friday morning in Sioux Falls was the result of a drug theft that turned violent, leaving two men dead. They are now searching for a third suspect, identified as 19-year-old Crystal Habben. She is accused of failing to report a felony. The other two suspects are still on the run. Manuel Frias is wanted for first degree murder and Maria LeClaire is wanted on accessory to robbery charges. KSFY News has learned more details from court documents released Monday about what happened leading up to the double homicide. Authorities say 28-year-old Samuel Crockett and 30-year-old Corey Zephier were both killed during the shootout. Zephier was hiding but came out and held a gun to Crockett's head. Crockett took a gun out of his waistband and shot Zephier, according to court documents. Frias then allegedly shot Crockett.  Sioux Falls Police said this incident unfortunately ended much differently than drug rips they have seen in the past. "Up until this point, we've been pretty fortunate because we haven't had anybody that's actually been harmed by these drug...
